Explore the untouched rainfrest of Lokobe park, one of the last primary forests in Nosy Be. This guided excursion offers a unique mix of nature, wildlife, and local experience, including a traditional wooden canoe crossing and close encounters with Madagascar's endemic species.

The tour starts with a hotel pick-up by jeep, followed by a drive of about 20 minutes from Hell-Ville to Ambatozavavy. From there, you board a traditional wooden canoe, offering an authentic local experience, and cross to Lokobe park in approximately 15 min.

Upon arrival, the guided walk begins inside the rainforest, where you can observe the smallest chameleon in the world, lemurs, boas, geckos with natural camouflage, endemic birds, and a wide variety of tropical plants. At the end of the forest visit, you reach a natural waterfall, perfect for refreshing, relaxing, and cooling off after the walk.

Half-day option: after the visit, return by canoe to Ambatozavavy and by jeep back to your hotel

Full-day option: enjoy lunch, take time to relax, then return calmly in the afternoon.
